Maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene 900e
Maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene ft900e was prepared by reactive extrusion grafting maleic anhydride onto polyethylene. Strong polar side groups were introduced into the nonpolar main chain, and maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene (mah-pe) became a bridge to improve the adhesion and compatibility between polar materials and polyethylene.
1、 Typical applications:
1. The compatibilizer of flame retardant (including aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, ammonium polyphosphate, etc.) and polyethylene;
2. Compatibilizer of polyethylene with nylon, polyester, EVOH and other polymer alloys;
3. Adhesive for polyethylene composite film, polyethylene and polar materials (metal, nylon, epoxy resin, polyurethane, unsaturated polyester, etc.);
4. Surface modifier for polyethylene coating and printing;
5. The interface modifier of polyethylene basic wood plastic composite and other plant fiber reinforced polypropylene;
6. Interface modifier of glass fiber reinforced polyethylene;
7. Inorganic fillers such as talc, wollastonite, calcium carbonate and other interface modifiers between polyethylene;

4、 Application method:
When ft900e is used as compatibilizer, toughener and coupling agent, the amount of ft900e is usually 3-8%. The specific consumption needs to be determined by the user according to the application system and the final performance requirements of the product. In order to achieve the best effect, the processing equipment and process ensure that ft900e is well dispersed in the system.
5、 Extrusion process: PE extruder can be used generally. The temperature of each section of extruder shall be set according to the size, length diameter ratio, extrusion speed and other factors of extruder. Generally, the following temperature range can be used:
